1.Review and Comments

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant SAVE CHARGE a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant SAVE CHARGE and sublicense the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify SAVE CHARGE for all claims resulting from content you supply. SAVE CHARGE has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. SAVE CHARGE assumes no responsibilities and liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

2.Copyright and Patents

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and other content that make up the Site (“Materials”) are the property of SAVE CHARGE or its content suppliers. You acknowledged that certain Materials available on the Site are protected by international copyright laws and are not reproduced or distributed for any purpose without written consent of Vinsic. Any use of any of the SAVE CHARGE trademarks, service marks, or trade names appearing throughout the Site without the express written consent of SAVE CHARGE or the owner of the mark or name, as applicable, is strictly prohibited. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Use are reserved.

3.Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. SAVE CHARGE reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized and shipping and billing information is verified for accuracy. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We always make every effort to deliver to you the exact item that you purchased.

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

4. Miscellaneous Provisions

4.1 The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ireland . English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

4.2 We have selected our products on the basis that they will be used for domestic use only, if you are planning to use them for business purposes please make sure that you are covered by the appropriate insurance.

4.3 SAVE CHARGE shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

4.4 These terms and conditions including the documents or other sources referred to in these terms and conditions supersede all prior representations understandings and agreements between you and SAVE CHARGE relating to the use of this website (including the order of products) and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and SAVE CHARGE for your use of this website.
