Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Currently we only provide speed delivery - which is, your product will be shipped by our Fastway Courier service, which may take between 2 - 3 days depends on Customer availability to receive the product.

We deliver our products throughout Ireland with the best delivery process.

We charge €7.50 for each product to be delivered by Fastway Courier service.

Return Policy:

If you would like to return our product due to any reason which you don't like to use our product, please return within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we don't accept unboxed products. Package must and should be unopened and unused.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged goods in Transit:

We strive to ensure all your purchases reach you in excellent condition. However, if you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours via our online contact us form. Where the damage is not noticeable until you open your parcel, after you have signed for delivery, then you must notify us within 48 hours via our online contact us form. We will then advise on how best to proceed. Please check all contents on receipt of your order.
We are unable to accept a return of goods damaged in transit unless you notify us within 2 days of receipt of your order.

Faulty Item:

At SAVE CHARGE, we offer our customers on all of our VINSIC brand products, a warranty of 18 months from the date of purchase for all products we sell.

This warranty is only valid for items considered defective. Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws produced as a result of a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, etc. caused by the owner, are not covered under this warranty.

Please contact our customer support agent at support@savecharge.ie to ask for a Warranty Claims Form for Shipping defective products back to SAVE CHARGE (or not), this decision whether the product will be covered under this warranty, will be as advised by our customer Service Representative. If the order does need to be returned, you will definitely be provided with a Warranty Claims Form.

Please Include the Warranty Claim Form with the Return product. (Returned products must be in their original packaging, without any missing contents) which will help ensure prompt processing of your Warranty claim.

Once we receive Return products, we will need 15 days to have our Technical experts assess them to form a judgment as to whether the Returned item is covered under our Warranty, & will then contact a customer immediately.
